Author and Screenwriter

Michael Mizov is a New Jersey-based writer and marketing strategist. His fiction blends gothic atmosphere, dark fantasy, mystery, and psychological tension, often circling questions of inheritance, guilt, power, and the stories people tell themselves to survive.

His gothic horror novel, The Last Heir of Bradbury Manor, is forthcoming from Three Dragons Press. He is also at work on a dark fantasy novel featuring a disgraced inquisitor, forbidden magic, and a missing ambassador whose disappearance threatens to unravel an empire.

By day, Michael works in B2B market strategy, bringing nearly two decades of experience in product innovation, sales enablement, and commercial growth. By night, he writes novels, restores an old Victorian house, and reads more Stephen King than is probably reasonable.

He lives in New Jersey with his wife, their twin daughters, and their dog, Tina.

Was one of those non-stop weekends where Monday feels like it just punched me in the face. I didn’t have the brainpower to work on anything

#WritingCommunity

Just noticed I broke 2k followers, hard to believe I was at 1500 not that long ago. The power of supporting each other in the #writingcommunity

My following count also tripled, I love all the great insights and discussions. Also the occasional rage bait 😝

“There’s a richness in your showing rather than telling, particularly in the manor’s decay and Lottie’s internal reflections, which paints a vivid, almost tactile picture for the reader.”
